| To obtain a licence to use an
artistic work created by an artist represented by SODRAC for any purpose
referred to in the Copyright Act, please print out and complete the
Reproduction Authorization Request for Visual Arts and Crafts
in PDF format (Adobe Reader required).
Please return the completed form to

Administration fees: Fees of $50 or $100 (plus taxes) are applicable respectively per national or international request. These fees are not reimbursable but are deductible from the licensing costs.
Please allow five (5) business days
for request processing and (10) business days if SODRAC is required to obtain
the prior consent of the artist or the right owner.
Royalty payments are based on a fee
schedule taking into account the type of use and the rights requested. They will
be charged in accordance to the rights granted. We will notify you of the amount
due before issuing the licence.
