Any visual artist or right owner can become a SODRAC member by signing an affiliation agreement by which he assigns us his copyright for management purposes. In return, SODRAC commits itself to manage the rights at the conditions established in the contract and to remit any royalties collected, less an administrative fee, along with a report of the licenses granted. Royalties are paid four times a year at the following dates: March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15.
