TITLE ANALYSIS FEES

Title analysis fees, in the amount of three ($3) per title (plus taxes), apply whenever a research must be undertaken on a musical work title. You must submit the list of titles for which you request a research, with the maximum of information (authors/composers, publishers, artist/performer, timing).

These fees cover the research we must undertake to identify the authors/composers and publishers of the works, as well as the total percentage of the rights we represent.

SODRAC will analyze the titles submitted; you will be informed, as to which titles we represent and those for which we cannot issue a license. In the latter case, information as to how to reach the rightholders will be included, to the extent of our knowledge
