The Society for Reproduction Rights of Authors Composers and Publishers in Canada (SODRAC) is a non-profit organization belonging to its members. It is governed by its articles and bylaws and policies, and boasts more than 6000 members across Canada.

SODRAC's Board of Directors governs the Society and decides its major orientations. It delegates executive tasks to an Executive Board made up of SODRAC officers.

The following commissions and committees meet regularly throughout the year to fulfill specific mandates entrusted by the Board and to discuss the issues affecting the industry:
