Who are SODRAC's members ? SODRAC represents nearly 40,000 creators and co-creators of artistic works (as well as the heirs of deceased artists) around the world, of whom nearly 300 are Canadian.

In addition to visual artists, SODRAC's members include craftspeople affiliated with the CMAQ.

Under the Copyright Act, the term “artistic work” comprises paintings, drawings, maps, charts, plans, photographs, engravings, sculptures, works of artistic craftsmanship, architectural works and compilations of artistic works.
